To our Patients,
As we reopen our office and look forward to seeing our patients again, we want to assure you that we are doing everything possible to keep you safe as well as our staff safe.
In order to minimize the risk of the Covid-19 exposure we are putting the following protocols in place for our office:
Our exam and testing rooms will be disinfected between each patient. Our waiting room has been spread out with some chairs eliminated in order to keep social distancing and at a minimum capacity. We are monitoring our staff daily with temperature and symptom checks to make sure they stay well. Our staff will be wearing masks for your protection.
We are monitoring patients, taking temperatures and checking symptoms before entering into the clinic and surgery center. We ask that you come at your scheduled appointment time and not arrive early to eliminate time in the waiting room. We ask that you come into your appointment by yourself unless you are in need of special help. We ask that your driver wait in the car for you.
We are also asking that you wear a mask into the office. If you do have someone that has to come into the office with you, they will be asked to wear a mask and screened for COVID-19 symptoms as well. If you are not feeling well and have any COVID-19 symptoms we ask that you stay at home and reschedule your appointment.
